Orders are fulfilled and shipped via USPS Priority Mail in 3-5
business days; for personalized items please add another 3 days. Please
allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. For shipment to
areas outside the continental United States, please contact
us.
Refund/Return
Policy
If you are unhappy with your Cuddle`n Carry shirt you may return
it within 30 days in re-saleable condition in its original packaging for
an exchange or for a full refund minus a $5.00 re-stocking fee. Personalized
items may not be returned. Please include a note advising us of the reason
you are returning the item, and what you’d like us to do (i.e. refund,
different size, etc.) Send returns to: Cinderooz™, P.O. Box 143,
Broadway, NJ 08808.
Cinderooz™ guarantees your 100% satisfaction,
and if your item arrives damaged, just return it in its original packaging
and we will promptly replace it at no extra cost to you. If you are ordering
by check, there may be a delay waiting for out of state checks to clear,
usually 1-3 days.
